Events Platinum operates a marketplace and service environment for event access, ticket transactions, and related digital fulfillment. We may update this agreement from time to time by publishing a revised version on our website. Continued use of the platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
1. Introduction
Welcome to Events Platinum. These terms apply to your access to and use of the Events Platinum website, event pages, account tools, customer communications, checkout flow, digital delivery systems, and any associated services that we make available from time to time, together referred to in this agreement as the "Site" and the "Services." In this agreement, "you" and "your" refer to any visitor, buyer, seller, customer, account holder, or other user of the Site.
By browsing, registering, listing tickets, purchasing tickets, uploading information, contacting support, or otherwise interacting with the Site, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement and by any additional policies that are presented on the Site, including policies relating to privacy, cookies, payments, fulfillment, prohibited conduct, and event-specific rules.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the Site or the Services. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, partnership, promoter, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to this User Agreement.
2. Contracting Party
Unless otherwise stated on a specific page, invoice, or local notice, the contracting party for services provided through this Site is Events Platinum. References in this agreement to "Events Platinum," "we," "us," and "our" mean the Events Platinum business operating the Site and the related service infrastructure used to support transactions, communications, fulfillment, fraud screening, and customer service.
In some cases, certain payment processing, delivery, identity verification, customer support, analytics, hosting, or communication activities may be carried out by carefully selected service providers acting on our behalf. Your use of the Site includes consent to the involvement of such providers to the extent necessary for performance of the Services.
3. Marketplace Role
Events Platinum may offer a marketplace where users can buy or sell event tickets, hospitality access, digital passes, and related attendance products. In many transactions, Events Platinum acts as the marketplace operator and service facilitator rather than the original issuer of the ticket. Sellers are generally responsible for the accuracy, validity, transferability, and lawful availability of listed inventory.
We may publish event information, pricing guidance, listing tools, delivery estimates, and customer support materials. Such information is provided for convenience only and does not constitute a guarantee of ticket availability, market value, legality, venue admission, or seller performance. We reserve the right to remove, reject, limit, reorder, or prioritize listings where necessary for user safety, marketplace quality, legal compliance, or operational reasons.
4. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction in order to use the Services for purchasing, listing, or selling tickets. By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is complete, current, and accurate.
We may restrict certain features, events, geographies, ticket types, or payment methods based on legal requirements, fraud risk, fulfillment constraints, age restrictions, or internal policy. Access to an account or purchase path does not guarantee that a transaction will be accepted or completed.
5. Account Information and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity taking place under your account. You must promptly update your account details if your contact information, billing details, legal name, or payment credentials change.
Events Platinum may suspend, restrict, or close accounts that contain incomplete, false, misleading, duplicated, or unverifiable information. We may also require additional identity, payment, or ownership verification at any time before allowing listing, sale, payout, or delivery activity to continue.
6. Communications and Notices
By using the Site, you consent to receive operational messages from Events Platinum by email, onsite notification, customer support reply, and, where permitted, by SMS or telephone. These communications may relate to account security, purchase confirmation, event status changes, fraud reviews, delivery deadlines, policy updates, and dispute handling.
You are responsible for monitoring the email address associated with your account and for ensuring that messages from Events Platinum are not blocked or filtered. Notices sent to the last email address you provided may be considered received within a reasonable time after dispatch.
7. Fees, Pricing, and Taxes
Events Platinum may charge service fees, buyer fees, seller fees, payment processing charges, fulfillment costs, support-related administrative charges, promotional fees, or other amounts connected to use of the Services. These amounts may vary depending on event category, delivery format, territory, risk profile, listing tools selected, and operational cost.
Ticket prices on the marketplace may be above or below face value where permitted by law. Sellers are responsible for pricing decisions unless the Site clearly indicates that another pricing structure applies. Applicable taxes, regulatory charges, and transaction-related costs may be included in or added to the total price displayed at checkout. You remain responsible for any tax obligations that apply to your activities unless the law requires us to collect or remit certain taxes directly.
8. Ticket Listings and Seller Duties
Sellers must list only inventory that they have the legal right to transfer and must ensure that every listing accurately describes the event, date, seat details, access level, quantity, transfer restrictions, and any known limitations. Listings must not omit material information that could affect a buyer's decision.
By publishing a listing, the seller makes a binding offer to sell the described ticket or ticket package under the stated terms. Once a buyer completes checkout, the seller must fulfill the order exactly as sold and within the delivery deadline communicated on the Site or by support. Sellers may not cancel completed orders in order to relist the same inventory at a higher price.
Events Platinum may impose replacement costs, administrative fees, account restrictions, payout holds, or other remedies where a seller fails to deliver valid tickets, delivers late, delivers incorrect inventory, or otherwise causes customer harm or marketplace disruption.
9. Buyer Commitments
Buyers are responsible for reviewing event details, delivery format, ticket category, seat location, quantity, limitations, and total pricing before completing a purchase. By placing an order, the buyer enters into a binding commitment to pay the full amount displayed at checkout, including applicable fees and taxes.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by Events Platinum in a published refund policy, completed ticket transactions are final. Buyers may not reverse or avoid payment by initiating improper chargebacks, disputing valid transactions in bad faith, or refusing delivery where tickets were made available in accordance with the order.
10. Payments and Settlement
Payments made through the Site may be processed by Events Platinum or by third-party payment service providers integrated into the checkout experience. By submitting payment details, you authorize the applicable provider and Events Platinum to charge the selected payment method for the order total and any other amounts properly due under this User Agreement.
Seller payouts, where available, may be subject to verification, reserve periods, event occurrence, fraud screening, delivery confirmation, dispute review, or regulatory obligations. We may offset amounts owed to us against funds otherwise payable to a seller, including costs arising from refunds, replacements, chargebacks, fines, failed deliveries, or policy breaches.
11. Delivery and Digital Tickets
Events Platinum may facilitate delivery by mobile transfer, PDF ticket, QR code, barcode, venue transfer system, account-based fulfillment, email delivery, secure upload, or other digital method. Delivery timing may depend on the seller, the event organizer, the venue's transfer rules, anti-fraud checks, or release schedules determined by the original ticket issuer.
Buyers are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address and for checking spam, junk, promotions, and other filtered folders. If a buyer provides inaccurate delivery details or fails to follow transfer instructions, Events Platinum may be unable to guarantee immediate delivery and may charge reasonable administrative costs where reprocessing is required.
12. Event Changes and Cancellations
Event dates, times, venues, line-ups, opponents, supporting acts, access conditions, and seating arrangements may change. Unless required by applicable law or a published Events Platinum policy, such changes do not automatically entitle a buyer to a refund.
If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, Events Platinum may, in its discretion and subject to issuer, seller, and legal requirements, offer a refund, credit, replacement inventory, or another remedy. If an event is rescheduled or postponed, tickets may remain valid for the new date unless the applicable policy or law states otherwise.
In situations involving widespread disruption, organizer failure, venue closure, travel restriction, public authority action, or technical fraud prevention review, resolution timing may be extended while we gather confirmations from the relevant parties.
13. International Use
The Site may be accessed from multiple countries and may display event inventory across borders. Users are solely responsible for complying with the laws and regulations applicable to the buying, selling, transfer, import, export, taxation, or use of tickets in their local jurisdiction and in the jurisdiction where the event takes place.
Events Platinum may display prices in different currencies for convenience. Exchange rates, local bank charges, and payment network fees may affect the final amount charged or received. We do not guarantee the availability, legal validity, or transferability of cross-border listings in every territory.
14. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site or the Services. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
- listing inventory you do not own or cannot lawfully transfer;
- providing false, misleading, incomplete, or manipulated account or ticket information;
- bypassing fees, transfer systems, verification steps, or order protections;
- scraping, crawling, reverse engineering, or automating access without permission;
- interfering with the Site, its infrastructure, or other users' experience;
- using the marketplace to facilitate fraud, money laundering, abuse, or unlawful resale;
- contacting buyers or sellers outside the platform to divert transactions;
- uploading malicious code, misleading content, or unlawful material;
- violating venue rules, event restrictions, or third-party rights.
15. Intellectual Property
The Events Platinum brand, logos, website design, marketplace structure, page layout, graphics, software, compilations, and written materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by us in writing, you may not copy, adapt, republish, distribute, display, extract, or commercially exploit any part of the Site.
Any rights not expressly granted in this User Agreement are reserved. References to third-party event names, team names, artist names, images, and venue marks remain the property of their respective owners.
16. User Content
If you submit images, ticket descriptions, profile information, reviews, support messages, seat notes, or other materials to the Site, you represent that you have the right to provide that content. You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of all content you upload or submit.
By submitting content to Events Platinum, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, store, adapt, format, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content for operation, support, moderation, security, marketing, dispute handling, and improvement of the Services. We may remove content that we reasonably consider unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful, or inconsistent with marketplace integrity.
17. Privacy and Data Use
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice. By using the Site, you acknowledge that we may collect and process information relating to identity verification, account management, payment processing, delivery, fraud prevention, customer support, analytics, communications, and legal compliance.
We may share relevant data with payment processors, verification providers, customer service partners, delivery tools, fraud prevention vendors, and public authorities where required by law or where reasonably necessary to enforce this User Agreement and protect the marketplace.
18. Platform Availability
Events Platinum may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Site at any time. The Site may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical failure, third-party service interruption, security incidents, payment outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, real-time accuracy, or error-free operation. We may introduce testing, feature flags, region limitations, queue systems, or manual review processes without prior notice where necessary for stability and user protection.
19. Suspension and Termination
We may investigate suspected breaches of this User Agreement, our policies, third-party rights, payment rules, or applicable law. Where appropriate, Events Platinum may issue warnings, restrict listings, place transactions on hold, require additional documentation, delay payouts, cancel orders, or suspend or terminate access to the Site.
You may stop using the Services at any time. However, termination of access does not erase or release obligations already incurred, including payment obligations, refund exposure, outstanding disputes, indemnity responsibilities, or seller liability arising from previously completed sales.
20. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Events Platinum does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, perfectly accurate, or suitable for every purpose, nor do we guarantee the performance of every seller, buyer, venue, promoter, event organizer, transfer system, or third-party service provider.
Except where expressly stated in writing by Events Platinum or required by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, and uninterrupted availability.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Events Platinum and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of revenue, profit, data, goodwill, reputation, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for claims arising from a transaction or series of related events shall be limited to the total service fees paid directly to Events Platinum in relation to the affected transaction, except where a higher amount is required by mandatory law.
22. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Events Platinum and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, payment partners, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your breach of this User Agreement, your misuse of the Site, your listings, your submitted content, your violation of law, or your infringement of another party's rights.
23. Governing Law and Disputes
This User Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity of Events Platinum and, where mandatory consumer protection law applies, by the provisions that cannot be excluded under the law of the user's place of residence. Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact Events Platinum and make a genuine effort to resolve the dispute informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the matter may be referred to the competent courts or dispute forums having jurisdiction over the relevant parties and subject matter, unless another mandatory dispute resolution mechanism applies by law. Nothing in this section limits non-excludable consumer rights.
24. Miscellaneous
This User Agreement, together with any policies and notices incorporated by reference, forms the entire agreement between you and Events Platinum regarding the use of the Site and supersedes any prior understanding relating to the same subject matter. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force to the extent permitted by law.
Events Platinum may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under this agreement in connection with a business transfer, reorganization, merger, sale, financing, or change of service provider structure. You may not assign your rights or obligations under this agreement without our prior written consent. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect meaning.
