If your order cannot be fulfilled with valid tickets, we will provide comparable replacements or issue a full refund.
Ticket price, service fee and taxes are shown during checkout so you can review the full cost before payment.
If an event is officially cancelled and not rescheduled, eligible orders will be reviewed for a refund in line with the event organiser and seller outcome.
If tickets are proven invalid for entry or are not delivered as promised, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Our team will investigate and work toward a replacement or refund where the claim is verified.
If an event is rescheduled, tickets will generally remain valid for the new date unless the organiser states otherwise. Refund eligibility depends on the organiser policy and ticket validity terms.
